Friday 5: Celebrating Simplicity

5 noteworthy and toast worthy happenings from the week.

Here's to Harry and David Pears.
(I look forward to these every year.)

Here's to awesome socks.

Here's to fairy lights and timers that work.
(In real life they aren't yellow and they turn themselves on at 5 and off at 11. They're fantastic.)

Here's to the first snowfall of the season.
(I'll let you guess which child felt compelled to go out and feel the snow between her toes.)

Here's to snow days.
(I woke up early to do a little recon and start DVR'ing movies. He woke up early because he's exactly like me.)

Cheers!
What are you toasting to tonight?

  3. I see Rainbow Loom! My husband's old colleague invented the Rainbow Loom and they are selling like HOTCAKES! All the cool kids have them! The guy is also battling with a bunch of counterfeits that are out there that you can't tell are not the real deal.

  4. That's so cool! We have the Fun Loom but Vance has asked for the Rainbow Loom for Xmas. He's obsessed with it! I love that he wants to do something other than computer/video games so I'm all for it even if it means finding rubber bands everywhere! :)
