Friday 5: Celebrating Simplicity

5 simple happenings from the week worth celebrating.

Here's to mold...

and squishy eggs. What?
I'm knee deep in science fair projects and beyond thankful that I'm we are almost done.

Here's to independence.
Vaughn demanded to type part of her paper that goes with her science fair project. It took 6 minutes alone to type the title of the book for her bibliography. I'm not exaggerating.

Here's to accepting the fact that winter isn't done with us.
Just need to let it go.

Speaking of letting it go…Here's to family singsongs.
The Frozen soundtrack has been on continuous loop at the house, in the car, and in our heads for the entire week. I blame Vaughn but the rest of us are just as guilty. Someone is always singing it and we can't help but to join in. Can't get it out of our heads!

Cheers!
What are you toasting to?

  4. Great quote, Anne! Thanks for sharing it!

I was laughing so hard taping her. The full video is over 4 minutes long and she just keeps singing one Frozen song after the next. Love her!

Daddy's coming home are one of the best reasons to celebrate! Enjoy your weekend!

  5. I've heard so much about this movie. My daughter is older, I miss her being around your daughter's age and singing her heart out to movie soundtracks. Such a sweet capture!
