Vance is The Teflon Don when it comes to germs. Nothing sticks to him. He has not missed one day of school this year, which is a record. Vaughn, on the other hand, has missed 7, which is also a record (in the other direction) for her. What does that make her? Velcro?
Knocking on wood, the kids are usually pretty healthy. Unfortunately, strep throat found Vaughn this year and since school has started, she's fought through two rounds of it. She woke up with a low fever and headache today and I'm happy to say it's not strep, just a virus of some sort. Looking at her, you'd never guess she was sick at all. She's got ENERGY! She's been crafting with glue and feathers since 7:30 this morning! She wants ALL the eggnog!
Here's hoping it's short lived and doesn't make it's way around the family!
Sounds like Vance is rubber and Vaughn is glue... ;)
