A day in the life of a 3 year old.

Yesterday Vaughn and I...

drew with markers
colored with crayons
played with clay
made sidewalk paint & painted the driveway
rode scooters & bikes (she's pedaling better now!)
bounced ping pong balls into cups(for hand-eye coordination)
had an imaginary tea & cake party
played music
played Candy Land & the Dora Memory game
put together two puzzles

Then it was time for lunch and after that we started again with a whole different set of activities.

What I'm saying is that I need to enroll her in a class of some sort so that I'm not the main entertainment of her day. The life of a 3 year old is busy!

In other news, she's been doing great in her toddler bed this week. She's in the honeymoon phase of not realizing that she can get out of bed. I'm sure it will get more interesting when that happens.

Yes, I'm feeling the heat from everyone about not posting enough this week. I'm trying to get into the new back-to-school groove. I'll get there!

You know what?
It's Thursday! Have a great day!

  4. Hum, I thought more people would have commented on this, but glad I'm the first!:

Good that you're teaching her Beer-pong ;) That will help her in college!
