Spot the differences!
This year he didn't have to be pushed (lovingly) onto the bus.
In fact, he asked me yesterday if I'd stay inside while he got onto the bus by himself.
He ran onto the bus, found a seat, and was chatting away while the bus pulled away. I made eye contact with him - he didn't even wave back.
Stinker.
