Champagne: Do you have a favorite?

My favorite Champagne - Veuve Demi-Sec 

It's no secret that I love champagne. All weekend long I was craving a glass (or two) of the bubbly and never got one. Ironically enough The Kitchn's site today featured 7 Best Values of Sparkling Wine. Coincidence? I think not. 

I appreciate the smart suggestions to alternatives since my favorite does not fall in the "budget friendly" category. Can't wait to drink my way through the list!

    Love bubbles & of course Veuve is one of my favorites! The Demi-Sec is a little too sweet for my taste buds.
